You can delete your dooo list account yourself, at any time, without asking us. You do not need to install anything — the page below works in any browser.

How it works

Open dash.dooolist.com/account.
Sign in with your email address. We send you a one-time link — there is no password.
The page shows exactly what will be deleted, counted from your actual data.
Type DELETE to confirm, and press the button.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your account, your sign-in sessions on every device, and any API tokens.
Your notification subscriptions, so we stop sending you reminders.
The things you created: your notes, reminders, tasks, captures and shopping items.
Your access settings within the household.

What stays, and why

Other people's items. If you share a household, what other members created belongs to them and to the household, and is not yours to delete.
Items with no recorded author. Some older items were saved before we recorded who created them. They stay with the household rather than being removed on a guess.
Usage totals. We keep a record of how much AI a household used and what it cost. It is volume and cost only — it contains none of your content.

If you own a household

A household cannot be left without an owner. If other people are still in yours, you will be asked to choose which of them becomes the owner before you can delete your account. If you are the only person in it, the household is deleted along with your account.

Being removed is not the same as deleting

A household owner can remove someone's access. That is a different thing: it ends access, and nothing the person created is deleted. Only you can delete your own account and its contents.
